Welcome to #SundaysOnParade!
If you’ve been with us since the beginning, welcome back and if this is your first Parade Trip with us then I hope you have a blast and join us again next week. 😀 If you have memories from seeing any of these parades in person, please feel free to share the memories with us. And as always, if you know someone who would enjoy these posts because they love parades, Disney, time travel or history please share with them.
Last week we were in the most magical place on earth for a spectacle of lights and music This week we’re taking a friendly boat ride to MGM Studios Park, now known as Hollywood Studios, for the Dinosaurs Live! parade. This parade ran from 1991 to 1992.
Dinosaurs Live! was a Walt Disney World mini-parade/show featuring the Sinclair family from Dinosaurs. It took place in front of the Great Movie Ride in Disney-MGM Studios (now known as Disney’s Hollywood Studios) at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
The show opened on September 26, 1991, and closed on August 29, 1992.
Earl Sinclair and family were featured as “Guests of Extinction.” The show featured the Was (Not Was) song, “Walk the Dinosaur.”
